FSC/HSSC is a Pakistani system, A-Level is British system of Education. Both systems are good, however, it depends on the candidate that which one will suit him/her the best. A level can be done only after completing O level (O stand for Ordinary). One cannot do A level after completing SSC (matriculation degree).
